Meet Our Team
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I completed my Master’s in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University and hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts. This background allows me to blend clinical expertise with a creative lens, helping you find new perspectives on your journey toward healing.
As a bilingual provider, I am proud to offer therapy sessions in both English and French. I have experience working with individuals ages 12 and up, providing a safe and inclusive space for adolescents and adults alike.

Values & Interests
I believe that wellness is found in connection. Connection to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us. Here is what fuels my own sense of serenity and balance:
The Arts
When I am not at the office, I am often engaging in a creative outlet. Whether it is painting, drawing, or experimenting with new mediums, creativity is a vital part of my life.
The Outdoors
Growing up in a smaller community, I’ve always found peace in nature. Whether swimming in a lake, sitting by a fire, or hiking, I value the serenity of the outdoors and often encourage clients to reconnect with nature's fulfilling energy, even through simple acts like gardening.
Friends & Family
My community is my foundation. I devote much of my time to the people I love, often over board games, movie nights, or "cooking up a storm" in the kitchen.
