Individual Psychotherapy
$160
Individual psychotherapy sessions offer a safe and structured space for clients to work through their depression with the support and expertise of a trained professional. Over time, these sessions aim to reduce distress, build emotional resilience, and promote meaningful life changes.
The sessions are 50-minutes in length and are being offered for ages 12 and up.
Clinical Art Therapy
$160
Clinical art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that integrates creative visual expression, such as drawing, painting, sculpting, or collage—with psychological treatment to help individuals explore emotions, process trauma, and improve mental well-being.
Joëlle is a licensed psychotherapist with a undergraduate degree in fine arts. She has a certification as an art therapy practitioner. She is not a licensed art therapist, but is very knowledgeable in both mental health counseling and the therapeutic use of art.
The sessions are 50-minutes in length and are being offered for ages 12 and up.
All services are offered in-person, online or via telephone for your convenience.
